Sie hat auch liebevoll Tilak auf Krishnas Stirn aufgetragen. Seitdem begann der Brauch, Bhaubeej oder Bhai Bij zu feiern. Mit der Bhaubeej-Zeremonie im traditionellen Stil führen die Schwestern Arti ihres Bruders auf und tragen dem Bruder ein rotes Tika auf die Stirn. Diese Teeka-Zeremonie anlässlich von Bhai Bij steht für die aufrichtigen Gebete der Schwester für das lange und glückliche Leben ihres Bruders.
